Ali believes that eveyone can achieve their fitness potential if they have the right excercises and help. She understands that exercise can be boring or daunting to some people, but she has the ability to make all your sessions fun and still help you achieve your goals. Ali is an energetic and lively person and at the end of the hour you actually look forward to seeing her again.

Ali's extensive experience has led her to work with people from all walks of life across all levels of fitness and ability so whatever your needs, Ali can help develop a bespoke programme to suit you.

Ali has worked in the fitness industry for 9 years and been a fully qualified personal trainer for 7. For the last 4 years Ali has been studying at the London School of Osteopathy. She has experience in both corporate gym environments and exclusive personal training suites such as Lambert Wood Standley Consultancy. Working with a variety of clients Ali has met a diverse range of requirements from improving fitness,

weight loss management, pre and post natal, to working with special populations, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, Parkinson's and MS, gaining her knowledge from her work at Oaks Hospital in Essex. Ali’s extensive experience also means she has considerable knowledge of teaching core stability for back pain and instability and can use her masculoskeletal therapy skills together with her personal training to focus on functional fitness.

ACE: American Council of Exercise Personal Trainer Award. Including study of lifestyle and weight management, nutrition, anatomy, applied anatomy, physiology, pre and post natal, special populations, yoga and mat pilates.

CIBT Sports Massage.

Power Plate Level 1 instructor.

CYMCA Gym Instructor award.

NVQ2 sports and recreation.

Emergency Aid certificate (St Johns Ambulance).

Currently in the final year studying for a
BSc Hons Ost at the London School of Osteopathy to become a practicing Osteopath.
